We're always chasing the lenses that will help bring your vision to life, even the wildest ones. If you're a lens nerd, you probably tried the Mir1B reversed element mod. This mod would create explosive-like bokeh, exaggerated spherical aberrations and a look that isn't repeatable otherwise.

Fast forward, the folks at @7artisansofficial took this concept to the next level by replicating that eclectic look in a fully usable cinema body with gears and a long focus throw!

The lens features an industry standard PL mount, we outfitted ours with an 80mm OD ring for mattebox use, but if you remove it you can put 72mm filters for smaller setups like on a Snorricam, which is a great fit with this lens/mood.
This is obviously a specialty lens, but when the scenario calls for a bold, exaggerated look, that lens doesn't fail to deliver!
